Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. addresses. No minimum purchase is required.
Shipping and tracking
Orders generally dispatch within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days.
Tracking is provided once available. Harnesses and paw pads may ship from different fulfillment partners and arrive separately, including when purchased as a bundle.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, or customs processing. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a refund of unshipped merchandise.
Returns and eligibility
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery through our contact page.
- Harnesses must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
- Paw pads must be unused and in unopened original packaging. Opened or used adhesive pads are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- These conditions do not limit your rights regarding defective or incorrect items or any other rights provided by applicable law.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Do not send items to the address printed on the original shipping label.
Return shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
For defective or incorrect items, Good Days Dog Co. will cover the agreed remedy and any required return shipping. Please describe the issue and provide photos where practical.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Bundle returns
An eligible full-bundle return refunds the amount paid for the bundle.
For an eligible partial return of the $79.99 More Good Days Bundle, the purchase price is allocated as follows:
- Harness: $65.88
- Paw-pad set: $14.11
Defective or incorrect items will be handled separately as appropriate.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We will attempt to cancel before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once your order has shipped. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights relating to missed shipment promises.
