Which sizes can I choose?

S, M, L and XL are listed in the supplier’s chart. Compare back, waist and legs measurements in our Sizing & Fit Guide. Weight alone does not determine fit.

Is the waist measurement the same as chest?

No. The supplier labels this measurement “waist.” Do not use the previous chest chart. Contact us if you need help interpreting the measuring points.

How should I introduce support?

Check the fit and fastenings, introduce assistance gradually, and supervise your dog. Stop if your dog shows discomfort. Ask your veterinarian whether a harness is appropriate for your dog.

How long does US shipping take?

Delivery timing depends on the product, stock availability and destination. Harnesses and paw pads may arrive separately. Contact us for a delivery estimate, or read our Shipping & Returns page.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Harnesses must be unused and unwashed; paw pads must be unused and unopened for change-of-mind returns. We provide the return address after approval.
